HiveMind Selected for Korea’s National “AI Voucher Program” — Expanding Global Reach with AI Subtitling and Translation

AI-based content industry innovation company HiveMind (CEO Warren Kim) announced on the 10th that it has been selected as a final AI supplier for the “2025 AI Voucher Support Project” organized by the Ministry of Science and ICT and the National IT Industry Promotion Agency (NIPA).

Through this selection, HiveMind will supply its AI automatic subtitle and multilingual translation solutions to 10 client companies, including Tomato Studio, and will actively support the globalization of their content.

HiveMind’s main solution, Beedio AI, is an AI subtitle and translation solution developed and enhanced in-house based on OpenAI’s Whisper model.
It provides one-stop processing of real-time speech recognition, subtitle generation, translation, and dubbing in a total of 250 languages, and offers efficiency that can reduce content production time and cost by up to 70% and 80%, respectively, based on a recognition accuracy rate of about 98%.

Through the AI Voucher project, HiveMind plans to provide various functions such as automatic video subtitling, customized translation for creators, and real-time live streaming translation to content creators, including small business owners.
HiveMind is also pushing forward the establishment of a comprehensive content creation platform for creators, beyond merely supplying technology.

By applying automation solutions throughout the entire process—from content creation to distribution—based on AI technology, the company plays a key role in driving digital transformation and enhancing global competitiveness in Korea’s content industry.

This government project selection is considered proof that HiveMind’s AI technology and business model have been officially recognized, and it is expected to have a positive impact on the industrial application of AI technology and the expansion of the AI ecosystem in the future.
